Lightmen Care Club is a preventative exterior paint maintenance membership. Everything starts with a $59 Exterior Condition Report (ECR). If your home qualifies, you pick a tier and we maintain the exterior in 2-hour blocks, with 2 technicians onsite each visit. Time-based, not outcome-based.

Scope

What LCC Includes (and what it does not)

This table defines scope by permission, not by promise. All work is limited to painted exterior surfaces and is time-based, not outcome-based.

Limits

Program Limits (Non-Negotiable)

These limits keep the program fair, predictable, and scalable.

2-hour blocks: all visits are delivered in 2-hour blocks.
2 technicians onsite: every visit includes 2 technicians onsite.
No rollover: unused time does not roll over.
No promises: no guarantees, warranties, or outcome promises.
Time stops work: work stops when time expires — even mid-task.
Painted exteriors only: scope is limited to painted exterior surfaces.

Lightmen Care Club Pricing

Start with the $59 Exterior Condition Report (ECR). If your home qualifies, choose a tier below. Every tier includes two trained technicians onsite and scheduled visits delivered in 2-hour blocks.

Important: LCC is time-based, not outcome-based. Maintenance is preventative and limited to painted exterior surfaces. Repainting is not included.
