Remarques

C'est l'une des rares fois où le groupe a fait appel à Brian Griffin pour un clip. Griffin était le photographe attitré des quatre premiers albums.
La face B Surrender est extrêmement appréciée des fans, au point d'être souvent considérée comme supérieure au single lui-même.
Le remix de DJ Shadow sur Painkiller apporte une dimension trip-hop expérimentale inédite à l'univers du groupe.
