For most of modern business history, organizations were designed around human labor supported by software.

That assumption is beginning to change.

AI is increasingly capable of:

  • Executing portions of business workflows

That creates a bigger question than "How should we use AI?" The more important question is:

How should organizations operate when humans are no longer the only ones doing the work?

That question reaches into almost every part of the company.
