Live environments — hospitals, custodial and commercial fit-out

Across three live government sites, Wilco delivered essential electrical works while a hospital kept treating patients, a heritage-listed prison stayed operational, and a call centre kept running — with no loss of service continuity.

Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital Ongoing

$890K

Essential and non-essential rising submains with T-off boxes, replacing end-of-life services floor by floor within a fully operating tertiary hospital. Staged isolations were planned around clinical activity, with temporary supply maintained to every ward affected.

Fremantle Prison Completed

$700K

Site main switchboard and electrical infrastructure upgrade on an operating heritage-listed site, including backup power and generation to maintain services and security systems throughout the changeover.

Stellar Call Centre Completed

$1.1M

Three-floor fit-out for a government call-centre provider — all data and electrical services plus full-capacity backup generation, delivered to a fixed cutover date with no loss of service continuity.

Across every one of these sites the client kept trading, treating patients or holding prisoners — the electrical work happened around them, not instead of them.
